 r longer than 10 minutes\, you will be contacted and asked to come off the
  floor to settle them. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises at
  all times in case of emergencies.Public holidays are not included in this
  offering. Kindly take note of the following in preparation for your visit
 :This service is for active CityROCK members only.Fill out a waiver and ve
 rify it with a valid ID. We recommend doing this online in advance\, but y
 ou can also complete the waiver at the gym. Everyone must do this\, even s
 pectators\, even children under 5. Please arrive 15 minutes before your bo
