  is 1 hour and 15 minutes long. The course includes: Gear rental (shoes & 
 harness)Top rope climbing safety proceduresTop rope belay & climbing skill
 sAuto-belay safety proceduresFree climbing after the course Cost: R270 per
  person - paid on arrival with cash or card at front desk Kindly take note
  of the following in preparation for your visit:Please make sure that you 
 have booked at the correct branch\, we have three!Fill out a waiver and ve
 rify it with a valid ID. We recommend doing this online in advance\, but y
 ou can also complete the waiver at the gym. Everyone must do this\, even s
 pectators. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking.Climbing shoes nee
 d to be worn at all times on the walls. Please note that shirts must be wo
 rn at all times in the facility.Please note that all payments will be need
