W: All first timers to CityROCK will need to complete the compulsory safet
y orientation. This takes 10 to 15 minutes at the start of your session. T
hereafter\, you will be climbing on your own. CityROCK does not provide su
pervision. COST: The entry includes climbing shoes and harness rental. If
you have your own gear and only need to pay for entry\, choose "pay at fro
nt desk on arrival" on your booking. MULTIPLE BOOKINGS: If you would like
to book for multiple sessions on the same day\, simply pay on the first bo
oking and click “pay at front desk on arrival” for the others. SAFETY:
Safety is our top priority. Please familiarise yourself with our rules an
d regulations prior to your arrival to avoid any surprises or disappointme
nt on arrival. KIDS: Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an
adult (on a 1 adult/2 Kids ratio). Children under 13 years old may only c
limb in the kids’ section\, bookings are required. Children under 5 year
s old may not climb on our walls for safety reasons\, there is no exceptio
n to this rule. Children under 5 will require separate adult supervision f
rom the other children. WAIVER: Even if you are not climbing\, everyone en
tering CityROCK must complete and verify a waiver. Waivers must be verifie
d with a valid ID. Only parents can complete a minor’s waiver (if the ch
ild is arriving without their parent\, you must have a copy of the parent
’s ID to verify the child’s waiver). Complete the waiver here. Happy C
