 erything you need to know to climb on our roped high walls and get your Ci
 tyROCK belay tag – perfect for complete beginners (age 13 and up) and th
 ose looking to start their climbing journey! The course is 1 hour long. Th
 e course includes:Gear rental (shoes & harness)Top rope climbing safety pr
 oceduresTop rope belay & climbing skillsAuto-belay safety proceduresFree c
 limbing after the course Cost: R270 per person FREE (31 January 2026 only)
  Gear rental: R110 Kindly take note of the following in preparation for yo
 ur visit:Please make sure that you have booked at the correct branch\, we 
 have three!Fill out a waiver and verify it with a valid ID. We recommend d
 oing this online in advance\, but you can also complete the waiver at the 
 gym. Everyone must do this\, even spectators. Please arrive 15 minutes bef
 ore your booking.Climbing shoes need to be worn at all times on the walls.
  Please note that shirts must be worn at all times in the facility. Review
  our rules and regulations before your visit\, and feel free to email cape
