 verify it with a valid ID. We recommend doing this online in advance\, but
  you can also complete the waiver at the gym. Everyone must do this\, even
  spectators. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking.Climbing shoes n
 eed to be worn at all times on the walls. Please note that shirts must be
