 D. We recommend doing this online in advance\, but you can also complete t
 he waiver at the gym. Everyone must do this\, even spectators. Please arri
 ve 15 minutes before your booking.Climbing shoes need to be worn at all ti
 mes on the walls. Please note that shirts must be worn at all times in the
