 et your CityROCK belay tag – perfect for complete beginners and those lo
 oking to start their climbing journey! The course is 1 hour and 45 minutes
  long. The course includes: Gear rental (shoes & harness)Top rope climbing
  safety proceduresTop rope belay & climbing skillsAuto-belay safety proced
 uresFree climbing after the course Cost: R270 per person - paid on arrival
  with cash or card at front desk Kindly take note of the following in prep
 aration for your visit:Please make sure that you have booked at the correc
 t branch\, we have three!Fill out a waiver and verify it with a valid ID. 
 We recommend doing this online in advance\, but you can also complete the 
 waiver at the gym. Everyone must do this\, even spectators. Please arrive 
 15 minutes before your booking.Climbing shoes need to be worn at all times
  on the walls. Please note that shirts must be worn at all times in the fa
 cility.Please note that all payments will be need to be made at the gym be
