  everything you need to know to climb on our roped high walls and get your
  CityROCK belay tag – perfect for complete beginners and those looking t
 o start their climbing journey! The course is 1 hour and 15 minutes long. 
 The course includes: Gear rental (shoes & harness)Top rope climbing safety
  proceduresTop rope belay & climbing skillsAuto-belay safety proceduresFre
 e climbing after the course Cost: R270 per person - paid on arrival with c
 ash or card at front desk Kindly take note of the following in preparation
  for your visit:Please make sure that you have booked at the correct branc
 h\, we have three!Fill out a waiver and verify it with a valid ID. We reco
 mmend doing this online in advance\, but you can also complete the waiver 
 at the gym. Everyone must do this\, even spectators. Please arrive 15 minu
 tes before your booking.Climbing shoes need to be worn at all times on the
  walls. Please note that shirts must be worn at all times in the facility.
