Body tension is what separates climbers who fight the wall from those who move with it. This workshop introduces the deadlift as a tool for developing full-body tension – training your posterior chain, grip, and midline to work as one. Whether you're pulling on a crimp or flagging through a crux, the strength built here will show up everywhere on the wall. 

Wear knee-high socks or long pants.

Physical requirement: ability to lift 30kg from the floor.
