Squats are a fundamental movement for climbers, especially for safely absorbing impact when coming down from boulders. This workshop will cover the foundations of good squat technique before exploring a variety of squat variations with climbing-specific applications. These include weighted squats, pistol vs shrimp squats, sissy squats, and progressions toward tip-toe strength and control.
