A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments.
During the session, participants typically lie down comfortably on a yoga mat while being guided into a state of relaxation. The sounds and vibrations may help to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Promote relaxation and mental clarity
- Improve focus and mindfulness
- Support emotional well-being
- Encourage restful sleep
